Equipment Leasing

We want leasing your health monitoring equipment to feel simple and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect:

Your Lease Period

• Leases are billed monthly and start the day your equipment is delivered.
• Minimum lease period is 1 month, pre-paid. 
• You can lease your equipment as long as you need it. 

Lease-to-Purchase Option

• If you decide you want to keep the equipment permanently, you can convert your lease into a purchase at any time.
• The purchase price will be based on the remaining lease value or a predetermined buyout amount, which will be communicated when you start your lease.

Returns

• If you change your mind and don’t use the equipment: Submit a Return Authorization Request and return it unopened within 10 days, and we’ll refund your lease fee (minus shipping).
• If you’ve used the equipment: You can still return it within 10 days. A small cleaning and restocking fee helps us prepare it for the next patient.
• For full credit, please return all cords, packaging, and accessories.

Damaged Equipment

• Normal wear is expected, but if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use, a replacement fee may apply.
• Please handle the equipment carefully and follow instructions to prevent damage.

Early Lease Termination

• If you no longer need the equipment, just let us know at least 10 days before your next billing date.
• You’ll only be charged through your current lease period, and then you can return the equipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the equipment, refunds (if any) are processed within 10 business days.
